Safety is first among MPW’s core values. We work to predict and prevent workplace incidents. Our safe-work target is zero incidents and we believe our target is attainable.

MPW consistently invests in the development and implementation of engineered solutions. The company relies first on engineered controls to remove hazards, mandating the use of safety equipment and PPE, policies and procedures.

As a result of these commitments, MPW is recognized as an industry leader in safety and training.

MPW employees participate in a wide variety of continuous and ongoing safety training through: Basic Training for new employees, safety training for specific job duties, classroom and remote-access training courses via our learning management system.

Our Safety and Training team seeks to continuously improve its education toward our target of zero incidents.
