MPW Industrial Services recently purchased a building at 2680 Commercial Ave., in Mingo Junction, Ohio.
MPW will move its Steubenville Industrial Cleaning Group branch to the new location once renovations and upgrades are completed.
Mike Nicholson, North Eastern District Manager, said his group hopes to move into the new space by the end of March.
“We need to renovate the offices, add some roll-up doors and upgrade the dispatch and training areas,” Nicholson said.
The new space will be larger, with upgraded maintenance shop and storage facilities. It will also have improved security features such as video cameras.
“We expect the facility upgrade to helps us attract and retain quality employees,” Nicholson said.
The new facility, which is adjacent to Ohio State Route 7, will also allow the branch to better serve clients due to the improved logistical and geographical location.
