MPW features the industry’s premier Mobile Brine Skid, which provides saturated brine for resin regeneration. The automated Mobile Brine Skid is an auxiliary unit which supplies diluted brine for the purpose of resin regeneration. A booster pump recirculates the brine solution as well as pressurizes the outlet lines to the softening system. Dilution is controlled via onboard rotoflow meters and can be adjusted via diaphragm valves. Level and valve indicators improve reliability while the design of the brine skid facilitates a quick and easy setup. Additionally, an automated auxiliary fill line can be utilized to support the use of diluted brine using the onboard tank-level controller.
