MPW’s Water Forwarding Skid provides an automated solution for collection and neutralization of multiple water streams.
With a capacity of 2,100 gallons, MPW’s Water Forwarding Skid provides a single-skid system with redundant-forwarding pumps. The instrumentation includes HiHi, LoLo, Redundant Pump Start/Stop Point Level Switches and Analog (4-20 ma) tank-level output.
A single 30A 480VAC three-phase source powers the forwarding pumps. Soft starters reduce stress on the system, allow for a smooth ramp-up of pump output and control both pumps. Although the pumps are interlocked to eliminate simultaneous operation, there is an Auto Fail Over pump mode that ensures redundancy in case one pump fails.
