Director Human Resources
Director of Human Resources John Feeney is responsible for employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
John began his career with MPW in 2011 as Associate General Counsel, where he worked closely with the Human Resources Department on labor and employment issues.
Previously, John was legal counsel for an international crane company, which specializes in the manufacture and service of cranes and lifting equipment. There, he focused on domestic and international labor and employment matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, John spent 10 years as an IT professional at Cardinal Health, where he held positions ranging from website development to IT project management.
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University, and a Law Degree from Capital University Law School. He is also a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
