These SMS Messaging Terms of Service apply to SMS/text messages sent by MPW Industrial Services (“MPW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to employees and other authorized recipients.
By opting in to receive SMS messages from MPW, you agree to receive text messages from MPW related to employee communications, onboarding, scheduling, work-related alerts, safety notifications, operational notices, HR-related notifications, and other internal company communications.
Consent to Receive Messages
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MPW during the employee onboarding process through an online form, through MPW’s internal employee communication preferences site, or through another MPW-approved consent process.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. For employees, SMS messaging is used for company-related and employment-related communications.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your role, work location, schedule, and the type of notification.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and mobile service plan. MPW is not responsible for any messaging or data charges applied by your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving MPW SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any MPW SMS message.
After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number unless you opt in again.
To resubscribe, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP, where supported.

Supported Carriers
SMS message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
