Director of Safety & Training
Anthony Tagliaferro’s career journey at MPW began as a Safety Supervisor, progressed through Regional Safety Manager, corporate safety roles, and ultimately to his current position as Director of Safety & Training.
In 2024, Anthony was honored with MPW’s Salary Employee of the Year award for exceptional professionalism, client support, and protection of employees. He also revamped the ESG and Safety & Health programs and managed a comprehensive SharePoint library of more than 450 safety resources used across MPW.
Beyond these programs, Anthony is known for his cultural impact and peer development contributions. In 2022, he served as a presenter in MPW’s First Line Leader Program, and in early 2024, he launched the “Culture of Cleanliness” campaign, a phased initiative promoting daily “clean‑as‑you‑go” practices, deeper facility cleaning, and adoption of 5S organizational principles.
Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental, Safety and Health from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012. This academic background has underpinned his strategic leadership in advancing MPW’s safety, training, and cultural programs.
