MPW Container Management Group operates out of two fixed base facilities: Chesterfield, MI and Cleveland, OH. The Container Management Group is compliant with OSHA, NFPA, DOT and EPA regulations. MPW is the safety leader among industrial service providers and both locations are ISO 9001: 2000 certified. MPW has an elite customer base that includes major automotive manufacturers and fortune 500 companies. MPW's full range of services compliments our tote cleaning capabilities. Experience and proprietary tooling has helped make the Container Management Group a Total Tote Manager, performing services such as: MPW's cleaning process begins by removing residual material from the container via vacuum technology. The containers then receive a high pressure wash and deionized water rinse. All valves and components are removed, disassembled, cleaned and then re-installed on the clean container. The cleaning process is flexible to your needs. Containers receive a final rinse in virgin solvent or filtered deionized water and dried. Our semi-automated cleaning process is capable of cleaning all container materials, such as aluminum, stainless and carbon steel. Depending on your requirements, the exterior of the container will be cleaned and/or painted. MPW cleanliness standards require each container to be "Free of Paint, Film and Debris." Each container must pass a rigorous dirt inspection. Every container gets a pressure check to ensure "No Leaks" at your site or your customers. Every container has to pass a 27-Point Quality Inspection prior to placement in clean inventory. With an on-site maintenance shop, repairs are made precisely and efficiently to DOT standards. Upon arrival and during cleaning, each tote is inspected for leaks or other damage. After completing repairs, the container receives a certified DOT test and an additional cleaning to remove any contamination that might remain in the container. All repairs meet or exceed expectations. MPW offers customers the ability to purchase, lease and rent automotive quality containers for your container fleet. MPW offers its customers in-house storage through the use of our CMIS (Container Management Information Systems) database. The CMIS currently tracks over 30,000 industrial and automotive containers for existing customers. By tracking your inventory of containers throughout our facilities, MPW will be able to:

In each location we have a warehouse for dirty containers and one for clean containers to meet your inventory requirements. MPW's high volume, quick turnaround process allows your company to operate Just-In-Time inventory for your container needs. We offer the greatest amount of indoor storage capacity to ensure the proper handling of your investment. Combined with MPW's tracking system and logistics, Inventory Control will keep your production team running with maximum efficiency. MPW's on-site stockroom is filled with container replacement parts, agitators, valves, valve accessories, rings, bungs, Kamlocks and gaskets, to keep your IBC inventory operating at full capacity. Individuals in the environmentally controlled Clean Rooms thoroughly check valves for cleanliness and perform vacuumized and pressurized checks for each valve to ensure "No Leaks." MPW has over 30 years of logistical expertise. Our fleet of trucks coordinates pickup and delivery of your totes to accommodate your demanding production schedules.
